Product Introduction

The 2000 series Illuminated & Roller Culture system provides Temperature and Illumination levels controlled with micro-processor precision; relative humidity is optional and maintained at the highest levels in industry with a precision controlled unique Asteam Injection@ system. Internal / External Visible & or UV illumination is installed to customer specified output levels with optional variable output controls. Available In Three standard sizes from 935 Ltrs and custom designed to meet clients own design specification. Equally important, TISS systems are designed to offer the "ultimate" in environmental control. The Exclusive 988 control system provides the ultimate in control, uniformity and performance. As a result they promote unrivalled recovery and stability, the /05 systems incorporating a Munters "De-Humidifier" provides the ultimate range @ -20-70C & 5-98% RH. The unique control / convection system offers complete calibration to 0.1 with "Namas certification and total peace of mind. The 2000 series modular roller culture apparatus is available with "All" position drive from single deck format to a maximum of Nine decks, with battery back up if required and optional power fail alarms..

Roller Culture Systems

The 2000 series modular roller culture apparatus provides system flexibility for production of cell cultures in standard roller culture bottles. The system consists of a base unit with a 5 position roller deck to which additional decks can be added. The powerful D.C Motor with soft speed control drives the bottle with a nonslip durable belt system. The standard speed range is 0.125 to 6.25 RPM, 1% accuracy. Safety features include a speed control lock to prevent accidental changes and an optional battery back power system.
